By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you are in compliance with my terms.

I retain the right to refuse any and all commission requests without justification.

Please be sure to download and store the commissioned artworks in a reliable place. I am not obligated to provide the original files if they have been deleted or lost.

Prices and terms are subject to change.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork (illustrations & designs) and reserve the right to post it online for promotional and/or portfolio purposes.

I will not merchandise or further profit from the commissioned piece.

All commissions are for personal use only by default.

You may not make profit from the commissioned artwork (ex: merchandising, reselling, reposting as promotion, etc). Please contact me if you would like to purchase a commission intended for commercial use.

Credit must be visibly given to me when the commissioned art is used (applies to both personal and commercial use).

Use of my art for NFTs or AI training is strictly prohibited.

Prices are listed in USD.

Payments will be handled via VGen invoice.

Full payment must be sent upfront after you approve the concept sketch.

Payment plans may be discussed for orders totaling over $200. A non refundable deposit will be required for all payment plans.

Prices may fluctuate based on complexity and additional requests/requirements.

No refunds under any circumstances unless I am unable to complete the commission.

You may cancel your commission if I have not started or if you have not sent the payment. You will not own any concept sketches and/or wips of the commission if you choose to cancel.

Cancellation after the payment has been sent and work has begun are non refundable.

All character designs/adopts are for personal use only by default.

You may not merchandise or use my designs in any way that generates profit. Please contact me if you’d like to commission a custom design intended for commercial use or if you would like to purchase the commercial rights to an existing design.

Do not delete the original design or other art by me. I am not obligated to provide the original files if they have been deleted or lost.

Co-owns are permitted, however, I will not be involved in any disputes between owners.

I will not be held liable if someone has used my art or designs to scam others. I do not police or keep track of who owns, sells, or trades my designs.

You may redesign or make alt species/forms of my designs as long as you do not alter, draw on top, trace my artwork, or remove my credit for the design. All alt forms must be tied to the character’s profile and be sold or traded together.
